"This apartment is very convenient and located about five minutes from campus and nearby bus stops. It’s also within walking distance of a shopping center, which makes it easy to run errands or grab food. If you’re looking for a place within a reasonable price range, this is a great option. The apartment comes furnished, which was very helpful for me since I moved from a different state and couldn’t bring many of my belongings. It really helped reduce the stress of having to buy a bed and other furniture right away.
Maintenance is available when needed, and the laundry room is open 24 hours. On hot days, residents can also enjoy the pool. Parking is free and available for one vehicle per unit. The area is generally quiet, which makes it a good place to study and relax. Weekends are usually not very noisy, but it’s still a great environment to have friends over, whether at the pool area or in the apartment. Many residents are students, which creates a friendly and respectful community."
